The Engineering Development Board EDB – Ministry of Industries, has announced multiple career opportunities under the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program. These positions are offered on a contract basis (initially for one year) with the possibility of extension based on performance.

These vacancies are Islamabad-based, with potential assignments across Pakistan where required.

1. Project Manager – PAVE Program

Posts: 1
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience: 10–12 years in public sector programs, EV/Energy sector, or large-scale projects
Age Limit: 35–65 years

2. Financial / Banking Specialist

Posts: 1
Qualification: 16 years education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CA/ACCA or equivalent
Experience: 4–7 years in banking, finance, SME lending, or risk management
Age Limit: 25–50 years

3. Accounts / Audit Specialist

Posts: 1
Qualification: 16 years education in Accounting/Finance (CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA preferred)
Experience: 4–7 years in accounts, audit, or financial compliance
Age Limit: 25–50 years

4. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

Qualification: 16 years in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or MBA
Experience: 4–7 years in M&E roles, preferably in public sector projects
