Job Details
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following:
- Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
- Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP)
- Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW)
- Cost & Management Accountants, USA
- Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA-UK)
- Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, taxation, accounting, and internal audit
- At least 5 years of experience as CFO, Senior Manager, or equivalent in the public sector preferred
Age Limit
- Maximum 55 years
2. Company Secretary
Qualification
- Candidate should be a member of a recognized professional accounting body
- OR member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries
- OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce
- OR Law Graduate
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
Age Limit
- Maximum 50 years
3. Manager Internal Audit
Qualification
- ACMA, ACCA, Inter MBA (Finance), M.Com
- OR Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience
- 8 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, and risk assessment
- Public sector experience preferred

- Maximum 45 years
4. Manager Contract
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Contract Management

- BSc Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in contract management
- Contractor-side experience preferred
