Education & Experience

• BS Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Knowledge

• MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• AutoCAD and ETAP
• Project coordination skills
• Knowledge of engineering and technology
• Computer hardware and software knowledge
• Basic programming knowledge
• Design and technical documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans and resource loading schedules.
• Support project budget preparation and budget revisions.
• Prepare monthly project budgets for assigned projects.
• Assist in handling variation orders for additional works during project execution.
• Support procurement planning and ordering of raw materials, equipment, and consumables based on project drawings.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and maintenance of client records.
• Assist in budget compliance activities and coordination for site equipment requirements.
• Generate Material Transfer Requests (MTRs) for project mobilization.
• Coordinate the timely arrival of materials, equipment, and consumables at project sites.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
