Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System (OLMRTS) is looking for a motivated and talented Trainee Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering professionals to develop their technical skills and contribute to the operation and maintenance of a modern metro rail system.

Job Responsibilities – Trainee Engineer

• Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting across various vehicle systems.
• Support and supervise the implementation of SOPs and provide optimization recommendations based on equipment performance and quality issues.
• Analyze equipment defects and frequent failures, and develop improvement or replacement strategies.
• Assist in failure investigation processes and contribute to improving overall system reliability.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable metro operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar engineering role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the metro rail industry.
