The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad invites applications for the following positions under MP Scales:

1. Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II)

Number of Positions: Vacant Positions Available

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Ph.D. in any field of International Law with 5 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.

OR

• Master’s degree in any field of International Law with 7 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.

2. Assistant Legal Advisor (MP-III)

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Ph.D. in any field of International Law with 3 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.

OR

• Master’s degree in any field of International Law with 5 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.

Pay Package

Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II)

As per MP Scale-II of the MP Scales Policy 2020:

• Basic Pay: Rs. 263,180/-
• Annual Increment: Rs. 39,480/-
• House Rent: Rs. 95,700/-
• Monetization of Transport: Rs. 77,430/-
• Utilities Charges: Rs. 11,970/-

Assistant Legal Advisor (MP-III)

As per MP Scale-III of the MP Scales Policy 2020:

• Basic Pay: Rs. 184,230/-
• Annual Increment: Rs. 26,320/-
• House Rent: Rs. 47,850/-
• Monetization of Transport: Rs. 65,060/-
• Utilities Charges: Rs. 8,380/-
