The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) has announced multiple job opportunities for qualified Civil Engineers under various conservation and heritage preservation projects in Lahore, Murree, and Multan. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates holding Punjab domicile for project-based contract positions.

Job Positions
1. Assistant Manager Civil
- No. of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
- Salary: Rs. 95,000 (Lump Sum)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Degree must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in civil works and infrastructure development.
- Knowledge of urban regeneration projects.
- Planning, execution, and supervision of engineering works.
- Preparation and review of structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Project
- Rehabilitation and Development of Tangible and Intangible Heritage of Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh, Multan.
2. Assistant Director Civil
- No. of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
- Salary: Rs. 150,000 (Lump Sum)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the latest engineering codes and practices.
- Planning, design, cost estimation, and project supervision.
- Experience in procurement procedures, tender documentation, and contract management under PPRA Rules.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

3. Graduate Engineer Civil

- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
- Salary: Rs. 150,000 (Lump Sum)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the public or private sector.
Skills & Experience
- Government sector or conservation project experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of project planning and design coordination.
- Site supervision and quality control.
- Reporting and project documentation.
Project
- Beautification and Façade Uplifting of Mall Road, Murree
Eligibility
- Punjab domicile holders only.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
Nature of Appointment
- Contract-based appointment.
- Initial contract period of one year, extendable or reducible according to project requirements.
- Non-transferable and non-pensionable.
- No claim for regular appointment.
