Eligibility Criteria – Special Education Department

Deputy Director (Planning)

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer/Economic Policy, Agriculture Economics, Transportation Economics, Industrial Economics, Development Economics, Business Administration, or Public Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Assistant Director (Budget)

  • MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.
  • 2 years of experience in budgeting, audit, or accounting.

Assistant Director (Special Initiatives)

  • Master’s or BS in Special Education, Psychology, or Child Development.
  • 2 years of experience in research, policy development, assessment, or teaching methodology.

Assistant Director (Audit)

  • MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in audit or accounting.

Assistant Director (Public & Private Partnership)

  • Master’s Degree in Project Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Law, or Business Administration.
  • 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in PPP projects.

Planning Officer

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 2 years of research or development sector experience.

Assistant Director (Admin)

  • 16 years of education in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant

  • BS in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Special Education, or Social Sciences.

Driver

  • Matric qualification.
  • Valid LTV Driving License.
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

Terms and Conditions

  • Appointments will be made on a contract basis for three (03) years.
  • Contract extension will be based on satisfactory performance.
  • Government employees must apply through the proper channel with NOC.
  • Applicants must possess Punjab domicile.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  • Candidates must bring original documents along with attested copies at the time of interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
