This is a 1-year paid internship program 2026 designed to help skilled professionals transition back into the workforce and build long-term career opportunities at HUBCO or beyond.
👩💼 Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for motivated women who:
- Have taken a career break of 2 to 6 years
- Possess 2–3 years of prior professional experience
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in:
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Finance
- Marketing
- Engineering
- Public Policy
- Or related fields
