China Power Hub Generation Company (Pvt.) Limited (CPHGC) is inviting applications from talented and motivated engineering graduates for its Trainee Engineers Program.
CPHGC operates a 1,320 MW power plant at Hub, Balochistan, and is one of Pakistan’s key energy projects under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
The Trainee Engineers Program provides fresh engineers with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in power plant operations, maintenance, and engineering systems while working with experienced professionals in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a PEC-recognized university
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0
- Candidates currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree Program are eligible to apply
- Maximum age limit: 28 years
