🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly production targets as per defined quality and delivery standards
• Maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking reports
• Implement and monitor the Cost Control Matrix
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance and production lead times
• Reduce process wastage through systematic analysis
• Analyze and reduce customer complaints
• Address internal non-conformances promptly

🎓 Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
• B.Sc. Chemical / Polymer Engineering
• Experience: 0–1 year
